Use Range: Ideal for biking, hiking, running, kayaking, climbing, camping, and other outdoor sports.

Instructions for Use: 1. Open the cap and inject water into the bladder. 2. Screw the cap closed securely. 3. Attach the tube to the connector valve of the bladder. 4. Double-check the seal before placing it into your backpack.

Important Notice: 1. Water temperature should be between -20 and 50 degrees Celsius. The hydration bladder cannot hold juice, milk, soft drinks, liquor, etc. 2. Before use, soak the bladder for one hour in warm saltwater (30-40 degrees Celsius) and clean it thoroughly (salt concentration should be around 7%). 3. Clean the reservoir with mild detergent and rinse it thoroughly. Ensure it is completely dry before storage. 4. Avoid exposure to extreme heat/cold, harsh chemicals, and UV light as these can damage the reservoir. 5. Keep the bladder away from sharp objects to prevent punctures. 6. Do not over tighten the cap to avoid difficulty in opening. 7. For optimal performance, we recommend replacing the bladder every 6 months.
